HUGE DOMAINS HELPS OWNER RESCUE GADGETSHARK.COM
Hopefully more leading domain resellers will do the same.
Those of you who have kept up on the Registerfly fiasco will be glad to know that at least one domain reseller realized the situation and did the right thing. At no charge to the owner, HugeDomains.com returned the domain Gadgetshark.com. Huge Domains did not intentionally purchase the domain knowing it was stolen. This was the fault of RegisterFly who was and still is not allowing it's users to renew their domains. Once the domain is not successfully renewed they sell them off as expired domains.
ICANN is investigating Registerfly but it is a slow process. For more on Registerfly please see the previous article posted on them.
If you need more information about Huge Domains you can visit their site at www.hugedomains.com. And be sure to thank them for returning a domain they found to be sold to them illegally. We need more registrars, dealers in domains and webhosting companies to act more ethically like this. |
