Uncle Al’s Banana Planks Review

Uncle Al doesn’t apparently have a home site, thus the poor product picture off my scanner–’cause I already ate it! This is Uncle Al’s Banana Planks, one of those strange items you find at the mini-mart. Is it any good?

Well, it does have a banana taste but not a strong one. It’s more of a cookie or wafer with banana frosting. For a snack it’s not bad, I might buy it again. But there’s nothing too special about Banana Planks. I’m always looking for that long lost flavor from a Ma and Pa junk food creator. This ain’t it, but if you need something to keep hunger at bay I could recommend tossing it in front of the clerk (I would add in a Hostess pie to go with it though).
